Parametric estimate
Cost prediction, Professional Statement, 1st edition, published in November 2020 by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), defines a parametric estimate as: ‘An estimate of cost, time or risk that is based on a calculation or algorithm and uses historical data.’
